MAX FACTORY 1/72 Dougram kits
« on: February 10, 2014, 07:29:03 PM »

Has anyone got their hands on the Dougram yet? I'm hoping to get a Soltic Roundfacer eventually.

I think these were mentioned in the last (non competition) gunplatv ep, can't remember if the kit was actually shown though

Mine should be here some time this week. From what I've seen it has very few seams and looks quite good. The upper leg halves appear to be the only parts with seams that need removing.

Mine is going to end up as Greyson Carlyle's Shadow Hawk Battlemech.

Gundam may have 'started' the Real Robot trend, but I daresay Dougram codified it. And Votoms set it into stone. :D

BTW, my Battletech-Fu is horrible. I know they also used the Soltic design in Battletech but for the life of me I can't recall what they called it in the game.

Griffin.

Ironfoot is Thunderbolt, Block Head is Wolverine, Cabarov is Champion, Blizzard Gunner is Scorpion, Crab Gunner is Goliath & Bigfoot is Battlemaster.
