Another in the line up of Bandai Builders Parts. This time it's panels.

There are 6 types of panels (2 square & 4 oblong) with 3 sizes for each type giving 36 panels on each sprue. There are two sprues to a pack.

Yes and no. The larger panels have a fairly limited use on most kits and would be more suited to scenery.
