Gundam Epyon (OOB build)
« on: July 07, 2011, 02:45:51 AM »

Hi guys, been a while since I came on. :)

Just wanted to share a recent build which I rushed in 4 days because there was a deadline to use it as a shop display. The directive was just to panel line and flat coat it but I got itchy and wanted to see what it would look like with a fresh coat of paint....It was crazy!! Suffering from burnout now...Whew!~

Nothing special, just standard OOB build of the latest MG Epyon kit. I didn't like the design at first but discovered that after a paintjob, the details really come out. This is definitely one of the better MG Wing kits Bandai has produced!

Here goes...Enjoy! -

Interesting color choice. Very nice and clean work and I really like the shading on the thighs.

Great stuff! :D

That was super fast dude!

Love the pink. It looks awesome! The purple and dark blue/grey colour are perfectly matched to it. Great decal work as well. man you must be burnt out! That's a lot of work in 4 days!

An outstanding first Epyon for GAF! Do you mind if we put a picture up in the Epyon GB topic?

Love the shading on the heat rod! It totally sells the temperature of that rod!

looking good, mate, interesting choice of colour.

But glad to see a completed kit here so I can get a feel for it.
It is a must have purchase for sure. \m/

Holy eff that's fantastic. OOB my ass.

Is that shading I see, or just a trick of the camera?
