Muvluv(マブラヴ) series
« on: June 14, 2011, 10:56:13 PM »

I just wonder have anyone played or interested with the series? i had played the Visual Novel already and really recommend anyone to try it at least since it is one of the best VN in mecha department which has really awesome battle scenes.

As for the kits or action figure do anyone plan to get have them already. Kotobukiya begin to expand their lists of TSF kits while Volks  has got quite number of A3 models and Revoltech will release one for Takemizuchi really soon.

If anyone want to ask about the series feel free to do so since i may be able to help.

Also here are some good reference materials for the series created by the company, Age.

You can watch the niconico video from this website by copying the link i listed in the search box of the webpage

http://www.mmcafe.com/nico.html

it would be great if you understand abit of Japanese when you watch the video though the action only is worth it already.

Probably i will post detailed information about TSF and BETA once i finished my article regarding BETA

Ilfreide is Hawt.

That is all. :p

Okay, honestly? I wish I could afford the TSF Super Hornet kit that's coming out in a little while. Australia has F/A-18E Super Hornets, so it should be our sworn duty to make a couple of these bots in Aussie markings, right?

Well personally i prefer Helga out of the 3 Eurofront Trios which is the one with blue hair below.

If you are still interested with the Muvluv lineups, i would recommend to wait for the release of the Shiranui UN version since that TSF is the one used by Main protagonist and he really kicks ass with it.

Kotobukiya probably will release the Europe TSFs in the future and some of the design are pretty cool. I wish this TSF would get plamo treatment since it is one of my favorite designs.

The recent issue of Hobby Japan show the preview of Shiranui UN version which apparently improvised from Shiranui the 2nd and Tarisa's version. The kit is equipped with Storm Vanguard configuration but probably will get additional parts for other variants.

Seems like the Muvluv lineup of Kotobukiya will get another new addition and this time it is Shiranui Nigata Isumi Valkyrie version with Japanese Imperial Guard Color Scheme.

Won't get this one since i will wait Kotobukiya to release Fubuki or some Soviet TSFs :P

I'm getting the UN version only 'cause the shield is awesome.
Have to admit though, Koto kinda need to stop making Shiranui variants, though. This is the 4th or 5th version of the mold. Guess they'll release another Takemikazuchi next, there's only 3 of those so far...

That's  good choice since The UN version of Shiranui is actually the TSF that the main character of Alternative piloted and he performed some really crazy feats with it. I think there are some good chance that Fubuki or one of the Soviet's TSF will be the next one to be released by Kotobukiya.

Have some Isumi Valkyries kicking BETA's ass.

After plenty of Shiranuis and Takemikazuchis, finally kotobukiya is going to make EF-2000 Typhoon which is another TSF heavily featured as Posterboy in couple of Muvluv Sidestories. The prototype is shown at Euro Front book which i attached below

It appears that the kit will come with its standard equipment which include Assault Rifle, Heavy Rifle and Hatchet. though i hope it will come with the longsword too.

so far i don't think it is highly likely there will be any as currently there are only 2 variants which are the regular one and the US marine version, at least until the next TDA reveal more.

The upcoming Muv-luv Total Eclipse now had the first trailer shown which shows the anime looks promising but no BETA shown yet. I can't expect much with the anime since it is basically an ad for the VN and gateway to the series.  But i am satisfied enough to see TSF in action and hopefully it will be good.
