One of the original Bandai Gundam line up. Don't expect snap fit fun here. Glue, filler & paint are all needed. It's molded in bright green & dark green but if you want a model that is easy to get of the big stompy one then this is pretty much it.

I saw that in the anime and thought it was the STUPIDEST thing ever!

No idea how it would look as a completed model though.

Id have to agree as to how difficult it is to get a Byg Zam in Australia in any size.....near impossible!

This is one I would love in a 1/144 or 1/100......

In 1/144 it would be 50% taller than the Psycho, in 1/100 you'd need a new room to display it  :o but it would be nice  :D

I thought of you as I was buying it Tristan. Nowhere did I see it's SD counterpart though.

The SD is near impossible to get. I was lucky to find an American dealer who had 1 (and only 1) of them in stock and was willing to ship it to Australia for a very reasonable price- total price was what I paid for from Hobby Co forthe Zam I stupidly gave away . I was also eying off the 1/200 (??) as its such an unusual kit that I just had to have it. (still waiting for it to arrive from the US)

Stupid thing was, with all the Zams I looked at, the 1/550 was a lot more expensive than the 1/200 . Given the extras you get with the 1/200 and the age and inflexibility of the 1/550, it didnt make sense to me unless you factor in the kitsch /unusual factor :) (noting that all of these were from O/S as no one local had them)
